Paul is a member of Innsbrook’s original development team offering research and real estate analysis backed by legacy knowledge. He has more than 35 years of experience in the Richmond real estate market, first as a consultant and then as a developer. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Syracuse University and a Master of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Virginia. Paul has been on the Innsbrook Owners Association Board of Directors since 1985 and is a founding member.
