Kathi has been in the fitness industry for 40 years and has taught thousands of Yoga, Pilates, group exercise, and strength-training classes, and private lessons. Currently, Kathi is leading both group and private lessons for people who want to increase strength and flexibility, have a stronger connection between mind and body and find non-invasive solutions to back pain, headaches, and many other health challenges. Come join Kathi at this week's Wellness Forum and learn chair Yoga! She will walk you through easy poses that can be performed in an office or at home to help alleviate stress and body pains. Armless chairs are recommended for this event.

Prior to joining the Division, he served with the City of Richmond Police Department and was named Chief of Police of the Harrisonburg Police Department. Chief English, holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond and a master’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. This is a free online event.
