Jane is a seasoned real estate executive with more than 31 years of experience in office development, asset management, leasing, and strategic planning. Much of her career was spent helping shape the Richmond commercial real estate market through major build-to-suit and lease transactions for high-profile clients including Markel Insurance, The Martin Agency, Hamilton Beach, AECOM, and Virginia Urology. In 2019, she led her team to receive the GRACRE Real Estate Transaction of the Year Award.

Jane is a graduate of Old Dominion University, where she earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance. She holds the CCIM designation (2002), the SIOR designation (2011), and a Managing Brokers License (2018).

Throughout her career, Jane has been deeply involved in industry and community leadership. She is a Past President of both the Richmond CREW and GRACRE chapters and served as President of the Innsbrook Owners Association Board for 6 years. She currently serves on the Richmond Metro Transit Authority Board, The Steward School Board, is an Xtreme Hiker supporting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Virginia, and has her own Podcast featuring and celebrating women leaders.
