Kathi Sheffield is a professional certified Yoga and Pilates instructor and Certified Personal Trainer. Kathi has been in the fitness industry for 40 years and has taught thousands of Yoga, Pilates, group exercise, and strength-training classes, and private lessons. Currently, Kathi is leading both group and private lessons for people who want to increase strength and flexibility, have a stronger connection between mind and body and find non-invasive solutions to back pain, headaches, and many other health challenges.
