With over 100 public events and activities held at Innsbrook each year, you could say we know how to throw a great party or event. Planning an event? Want to rent one of the many spaces available within Innsbrook? Want to check an available date?


Contact the Innsbrook Foundation for rental information regarding the Pavilion, the Picnic Area at the Lake at Innsbrook and various conference rooms and meeting spaces throughout the park.

Pavilion Rental Rates 2010
Promoters Daily Rental - $5,000
Charitable Rate - $2,750
Picnic or Corporate Event - $2,500
Picnic or Corporate Event - Innsbrook Company - $2,000

  • Includes use of stage, field, electricity and adjacent parking lot(s).
  • During Innsbrook After Hours Season, portolet rental will be included. There will be a $20 per unit service charge for portolet cleaning.
  • Outside the IAH Season, you must obtain your own portolets - we will supply list of providers.
  • Trash set-up and clean-up on the site is not included. Rate sheet for JP Foundation will be provided.
  • Trash clean-up is included for outside parking lots.
Innsbrook Pavilion
Runs and Walks - Charitable Rate - $500
  • Includes use of parking lot & electric service adjacent to pavilion grounds as staging area.
  • During Innsbrook After Hours Season, portolet rental will be included. There will be a $20 per unit service charge for portolet cleaning.
  • Outside the IAH Season, you must obtain your own portolets - we will supply list of providers.
  • Trash set-up and clean-up on the site is not included. Rate sheet for JP Foundation will be provided.

Picnic Area Rental Rates 2010
Maximum Capacity 500 participants/attendees
Larger groups must get pre-approval from the Innsbrook Foundation or reserve alternate site.

Corporate Event - $350
Innsbrook Corporate Event - $250
Charitable Rate - $300

  • Includes use of lake-side picnic area with deck and 2 electrical outlets.
  • Portolet rentals are the responsibility of the user list of vendors will be supplied upon request.
  • Trash removal is the responsibility of the user.
  • Siting of tents, inflatables, etc. subject to approval by the Innsbrook Foundation.

Salon Rental Rates 2010
Locations Available:
4600 Cox Rd., 4501 & 4521 Highwoods Parkway

  • Includes use of kitchen facilities and A/V equipment
  • Innsbrook Foundation staff member will be on-call for any needs
  • Catering services may be added as requested

Business Hours (7:00 am - 6:00 pm)
Salon A or B - $50/hr, 3 hour minimum | $300/full day
Salons A & B - $75/hr, 3 hour minimum | $500/full day

Evening Hours (6:00 pm - 12:00 am)

Salon A or B - $75/hr, 3 hour minimum
Salons A & B - $100/hr, 3 hour minimum
Weekend Hours
$100/hr, 3 hour minimum
